Jack In The Box - Maricopa

Chicken nuggets were not fully cooked they were white on one side and brown on the other side. Tacos werent good burger patties also tasted not fully cooked and got a strawberry shake no cherry so whole order was completely bad never had an experience like this before...

They took too long to get the dasher the order. They left the entire order in the warmer, including a salad and cheesecake. The dasher had to wait in the very long drive thru line because the inside was closed at dinner time.

Yesterday, I've been eating at this place. it went to sleep watched with the worst food poisoning in my life. I have to be taken to the hospital because I don't know what's going on. the drs assured me that it was this food that caused and I will not go back. I will also contact my lawyer because food preparation and hygiene at this place is dangerous. that is a warning for all

I get that this is a fast food joint. I 'm not expecting STELLAR anything, however I do expect to be able to order from the menu. I pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted with hi, welcome to Jack in the Box, we 're only doing burgers and fries. No fried food. I said what? FRIES are fries food. I reversed my car and left. I get it, times are tough, companies have a hard time employing people, etc. but here is my advice to whomever the GM is at this JIB....CLOSE. If you can 't fry up chicken tenders, etc. why are you paying people to stay open? Absolutely ludicrous. Lost out on a least $20 tonight.

It's been years since the wife and I can say we both had a pleasant experience at a fast food restaurant. Our cashier had a beautiful smile and a positive attitude. We had a party of 6 who couldn't wait to sit down and try a few new menu items we seen online. Priscilla did such an outstanding job with taking down our food orders that we were all in agreement when my wife mentioned how patient and knowledgeable our cashier handled our order. 10 minutes later She personally delivered our meals to our table, great service and the food was hot. Even though the place was alive with families and teens, Priscilla dealt with complaining customers and managed to wipe down a few tables and sweep along with taking orders. Great Job!!!!
