Amazing place to spend time there whilst down south.
Sadly the restaurant is closed at Watershed but the winery remains open. The wines are great and the setting is beautiful. We only hope the new owners utilise all its features.
A delicious sparkling wine here, and really tranquil place to try some great wines
The property has sold to Vasse Felix ... so it’s going for a total revamp in the next few month ... not sure if the brand watershed will stay ...
