Hayatt And Caterers - Margao

We had ordered for a Chicken Patiala through Zomato about a few days back..... Had expected alot trying the new dish..... But it didn 't fit my expectations....... The Quantity for this price range was absolutely less..... It came in with a fried egg on top of the chicken pieces..... Just two items which makes it Chicken Patiala ...... Also had paid extra 15 bucks for boneless portions..... Yet I found a bone which is another disappointment and shows how professional the restaurant is...... I wouldn 't recommend you this place.... Just a money grabbing establishment.... Hopefully they 'll take this things into consideration.....

I had ordered chicken hayyat special biriyani yesterday afternoon from swiggy but i was not knowing it will be lizard special very unhygienic if anything happens to anyone will they take responsibility please never try is resturant they will kill a human one day check picture which I'm adding

Worst restaurant serving poison to customer as shown in the picture. I don't know how they sleep peacefully at night after serving this kind of food to customer. I would like them to serve this kind of food to their own family....

We have ordered many times from this restaurant for more than a decade, but this order experience was shocking. It was very bad. The taste of food was completely disappointing. The Haryali tandoori had too much gravy. The chicken lollipops were dry, stale and burnt (as if re-fried) Malai kebab was dry and had no salt or seasoning The manchow soup had so much green chillies, couldn't taste anything else but the chilli taste. Their standard and quality has gone down totally.

I'm a regular customer of hayatt, but everytime I instruct the restaurant to make sure that the chicken is not smelling raw and cooked properly but its never followed and the chicken is always smelling raw and not cooked properly... I want the restaurant to improve on it and follow the instructions of customers.
