Jersey Mike's Subs - Marelly's

If I could give this store zero stars I absolutely would I ordered a chicken bacon ranch regular sub this afternoon it was hard as a rock and tasteless the tomatoes were bad and sour. My husband tried to take it back clearly the sub had 2 bites from it they refused to make another sub or refund just the sandwich this is why establishments don't last they do not offer any sort of customer service or make there customers happy in any regard. Alex was absolutely useless in making any resolution which a manager should do. I will never eat here again !!!!! It was a mistake trying it again !!!

Wasn't sure where to eat, walked in to check this place out and Logan immediately helped me find something that I might like, really nice guy and good food.

The employees here are amazing, patient, and they definitely keep the store clean and running smoothly. Every time I am here they have shown hospitality and if there are any customers that complains well you’re the problem not

Ordered online multiple times for pickup… food great, order always ready on time… person manning counter prompt and friendly… used to go to a competitor that is closer, but now won’t go anywhere else!
