Great Food! Order was there waiting for me when I got there for pick up ?

I give it a 5 star cause I feel it's one of the best one I go to. Nancy the manager. always gives you the nicest greeting. She alo makes sure you get what you want and how you wanted it.

Google says this restaurant is supposed to stay open until 8 pm. Instead, the closing time is 7 pm on weekdays and 6 pm on Saturdays. I came to the restaurant at 5:45 PM on a Saturday and saw that the door was already locked (even though there was a customer inside) while there were 2 workers behind the salad bar. I asked them to open the door, and they refused. I kept knocking, and they kept showing me they are closed with annoyed gestures. After some 5 minutes of knocking (both workers were still inside), I told them through the window that I'll let their management know, and they mocked me with the gesture of calling.This is not the first time they close before the stated hours. Several days ago I came by the same location a few minutes before 7 pm, and the door was locked. The worker sat on the chair by the door smoking and talking on the phone and avoided making eye contact with me.Please take appropriate actions and make sure both these workers are fired as their attitude reflects negatively on the whole Subway brand and makes loyal customers like me order from competitors.

Very good and good service but sometimes out of items

They really have some nerve calling this soggy mess in my sandwich 'grilled chicken.' It tastes like a sponge that was left in the sink all night. Subway also has its own unique smell, and it lingers on your hands and nails all day. I washed my hands five times, I swear, and I still can't get rid of it. It STINKS. Why did Kiki bring me here? We could have just gone to Publix instead.
