El Jardín - Manteca

Took my daughter here the other day because I enjoy the food. Usually, we aren't in a rush but this time we sat for 25 minutes before our server came by to introduce herself. That is way too much time especially when she was chatting with the people next to our table, ignored us, then went and chatted with them by the entrance before heading our way. Super unprofessional. Someone else dropped off our food and after all the waiting I didn't even get a refill on my soda.I earlier had politely waved the guy who brought us our chips and salsa down and asked him to refill my daughters tea. Glad I did because we didn't see our server again until they dropped off the check. Not very happy about our server but everyone else was great and the food was good. Honestly, not sure I will come back again. Food was OK, but I have options closer to home that are about the same price and quality with much better service.

Food and atmosphere is great. Every blue moon the service isn’t the best but every business can not be 100%, 100% of the time. Overall still 5 stars. My favorite place in manteca for the past 7-8 years.

I ordered the shrimp quesadilla and it was AMAZING!!!

Pleasantly surprised with this restaurant and the food. The enchiladas are really good and have a good portion of chicken in them if you order them with chicken.I went on a weekday, and because the restaurant is kind of small, you might have to wait 10-15 mins to be seated. Which is not bad in my opinion.

Friendly staff, good food and reasonable price.Service was fast also.
