Drink was good, service was rude.After posting and getting a response to call if I want to doing anything further, I decided to see if was just a case of someone having a bad day. But according to several reviews this location has a problem with rude employees. Perhaps the franchise owner would be well served to read the reviews and take action instead of asking customers to take additional steps. To me, its not worth the effort. Plenty of other restaurants with great customer service to visit and spend my money.
Attempted to go here to grab lunch, pulled in to Stall 2, waited 15 +mins, saw stall 1 and 3 and others get served and food delivered while I sat waiting to be served. Multiple employees also saw me waiting and said nothing.Left after not ordering food and called the store, spoke to an assistant manager and was told that Stall 2 does not work and according to her they can 't put a sign up to let potential customers know. Asked if staff knew, responded they did not. Making matters worse, they knew this issue since Monday.....No sincere apologies from this person on the phone.**** poor leadership and lack of customer service. Do not go here.Update: Hot an email from corporate and they offered a free Route 44 with purchase for my inconvenience.... Really?If I could rate negative stars I would....
I give it a 3, wish it was better. I always seem to get my order with mustard and I specifically asked for mayo only. Foods good but they always get this part mixed up on me.
Service is slow and unorganized. None of the employees thar we dealt with seemed to know what to do next. We got the food after a very long wait, and we were not impressed by the taste.
