Mcdonald's - Mansfield

Order two chicken deluxe sandwiches with speck, both were marked with “Add 3h Bcn”, but no one got on both sandwiches, but got a smaller chicken patchty . I tried to call 3 times but no answer. I paid almost $5 for speck on both to be added that I do not with bad service on top of it just ruined my night!

The journey through is always secured. So I'm going in. they do not pay attention to the lobby customers so that a long time also takes. food: 3/5

This McDonald's is very cool inside. It has couches inside and the decor is very different from other locations. Clean! There are 2 drive thru's here and the line moves pretty quick for the amount of traffic they have. Food is always prepared right. Also got can give them your 4 digit code for the app and it makes it very easy to use the coupons.

Great service. food was hot as should be. fries fresh. but tables and floors were filthy. we had to clean a table off to eat.

Um I'm not sure what happened, but what we got to what we ordered is bad. We ordered Quarter Pounders... they were totally reg. Cheese burgers. The big macs patty was very small. Smaller that my kids normal Cheese burgers. I don't what's going on. But disappointed.
