The Galley - Manitowoc

This restaurant is a peaceful spot that I have frequented for many years. I have never had any complaints or a negative experience during my visits. The waitresses are courteous and show respect for the customers. They have friendly conversations and greet you warmly without rushing you to place your order. The menu offers a variety of options and does not include heavily fried foods. The homemade desserts are a definite highlight. Overall, it's a great dining experience.

Closest to home cooking we've ever had at a restaurant. Beer battered fried walleye classic, Broasted chicken dinner, burgers and sandwiches. Breakfast ALL day! Server was delightful! Cook even came out to clarify an order. If you like the cosy feeling from throw back nautical decor and getting treated to a good comforting meal and a scratch made dessert this is your happy place.

The Sunday chicken dinner is AWESOME. You can't beat the price! Half of boasted chicken, stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, a vegetable and a roll. All for under $10.00! This is our new go to place on Sundays.
