Domino's Pizza - Manitowoc

I have been a loyal customer for years to this location, purchasing almost weekly. With that said I had ordered 1 medium pizza for delivery and after an hour of not receiving my order I called to inquire as to what was taking so long. I was informed thatit would be an hour and a half wait. I told the lady on the phone that it has never taken that long. The lady then canceled myorder and informed me that it would take time for the money to be replaced onto my card. When I said I wanted to pick-up myorder the lady said it would still be an hour and a half even though the tracker showed my order was ready, but because my orderwas canceled out I now needed to start the process over again and wait another hour and a half for a new pizza when mine wassitting there waiting. When I tried telling the lady this she proceeded to hang up on me. I am highly disappointed in thequality of the customer service I received.

I love this Dominoes. I never have any problems here and it's always great. They have plenty of options to please everyone. Their deals are great and they make pick-up super easy. We have pizza night every week with kiddos and we order from here everytime. They never let me down!

They never make my Pizza right lol. I just ordered some food and one pizza was supposed to be pepperoni and they made it cheese

I love Dominos here. I used to like Marcos but i got food poisoning from there. On my last order from Domino?s i had a few pieces of sausage on my pie when i don?t even eat meat. I hope it is a fluke

It's been a few years since I ordered here, and the experience has been far better as of recent! I order online and pick it up, and they do a great job of having our orders ready in a timely manner. I avoided it for the last few years because it wasn'tgreat, but they have a whole new crew it seems, and the service is so much better!
