Bidra med feedbackLocated on the Utah-Wyoming border, The Hub restaurant is a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere. Upon visiting with friends, we were pleasantly surprised by the hearty portions of delicious home-cooked meals. While many dishes are generously topped with cheese, there are also healthier options available on the menu. I particularly enjoyed the lemon chicken with a side of baked potato, along with the delicious house-made vinaigrette dressing on the salad. The service was friendly and our waitress provided helpful recommendations. It's worth noting that The Hub is a laid-back, casual restaurant with a convenient adjacent store, where guests can come as they are and find a table to enjoy a satisfying meal.
We stopped by after boating and they offered takeout. It was the best burger and fries I have had in a long time! The service was quick and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning!
Mandy and crew treated us like family. The restaurant was clean and a fun atmosphere. A great place to eat after a full day on the lake.
If I could give this place a zero I would. Service was HORRIBLE. Sat down to an open table and it took them 20 minutes just to bring us a menu. Waitress took our order after another 20 minute wait. Food came out 25 minutes later. I can understand this kind of wait if the place was busy but 9 out of the 14 tabes were empty. Food was disgusting!!! Take some advice-drive to Green River or Rick Springs if you're hungry on a Sunday night.
Incredible experience! Both my husband and I highly recommend this restaurant. Our airbnb host suggested it to us and it exceeded all of our expectations.
