Taco Bell - Manhattan Beach

I visited this restaurant today with my coworker for a quick meal and to send out a few emails. We ordered some food, and I was really impressed by the excellent customer service; the lady at the counter was quick and very friendly. The place was spotless as well. I definitely recommend giving it a try if you're in the area!

It's Taco Bell, so you know what to expect. This location underwent a remodel between mid-2019 and mid-2020, making it look a bit nicer, cleaner, and newer than before, which is a plus. Personally, I'm a fan of the kitschy '80s and '90s Taco Bell decor, but that's just my preference. They earn 4 stars from me since I haven't had any issues with items being out of stock. However, they lose the final star because none of the employees seem able to hear, read, or pronounce my (not particularly unusual) name correctly when I go to pick up a mobile order.

A pleasant "Mexican Phone Company" with a clean and modern atmosphere and friendly staff. The food is typical of Taco Bell, but it appeared fresh and wasn't sitting under heat lamps.

This is the worst place I've ever been to. The blonde girl closed the doors around 6 PM, even though they are supposed to be open until midnight. They also blocked the driveway, which was frustrating because I drove over 6 miles out of my way to get there, only to experience terrible service.

Last night, I ordered the new cheddar cheese chalupa along with two burritos. Unfortunately, the chalupa was the regular version and was packaged incorrectly. I was very disappointed with my meal. I wish I could get a refund because I didn't receive what I ordered.
