A typical KFC, staff were efficient at getting the order done quickly. The tables were clean. Like all the big multiples, you know what you are going to get

The gravy was extremely thin and looked like it had been diluted. We ordered a boneless bucket with dip, but only received three sweet chili dips. When we asked for alternatives, we were told they would cost an additional 40p each. The chips were undercooked and overall the service was very poor. When we complained, the staff showed little interest. This was the worst KFC experience our family has had, so we recommend avoiding this location.

We visited during the bank holiday weekend and wanted a cheap eat before the Pride parade so went to KFC. There are so many different meal deals now and all with inflated prices, but we managed to find the chicken-only items on the menu. Ordered two 3-piece meals and added a couple of hot wings. Everything was fried fresh as it was pretty early in the day. Even the chips didn't taste as bad as they usually do. We did manage to get a piece of thigh meat each though no drum sticks and the rest were wings and breast. Hot wings were yummy and we should have got more! KFC doesn't seem to give the hand wipes anymore so it's annoying but we did like the freshly fried, greasy goodness on this occasion!

Been there few times. They need to improve their customer service while taking orders and hand over the food. Chips portion are very small as I always take chicken wings meal. Chicken wings quality are best. Also listen and follow what customers requirement while they placing their orders.
