Hardee's - Manchester

I had the worst cheeseburger ever today (April 28, 2021). The patty was tough, the cheese and cucumbers were warm, the onions were wilted, and the burger itself was nearly ice cold. The only highlight of the meal was the strawberry shake.

This Hardee's restaurant was absolutely fantastic! They got my order right and delivered it perfectly on time. I ordered two mushroom and Swiss burgers with extra mushrooms, and they really loaded them up. This might just be my favorite Hardee's location—far better than the one in Waterloo. If you're looking for great food, this is the place to go. I also ordered a drink, and they gave me just the right amount of ice, so I enjoyed an ice-cold Coca-Cola.

That's the best experience I've ever had. The friendly staff and delicious hot food made a huge difference. The hand-baked chicken sandwich was even better than Chick-fil-A's! As I was heading back to Des Moines, I couldn't help but feel sad that Central Iowa will probably never have a Hardee's like this one.
