Mcdonald's - Mancelona

I hope the owner of the Mancelona McDonald's realizes that they have a great investment on their hands, but they should never step inside or attempt to order food there. It's truly unfortunate. I hope they are doing well elsewhere and don’t depend on this business for income. Sincerely, a disappointed observer.

The floors were muddy, and the knish I ordered for $5.00 was cold and dry, leading me to suspect it had been microwaved. It also had a bad aftertaste. As for the chicken dish, whatever it was, it seemed like it was cooked in the microwave as well—wrapped in rubber!

I hope the owner of the Mancelona McDonald's sees this. They have made a significant investment in this location, but it seems they might never have gone inside or attempted to order food there. It's quite disappointing. I sincerely hope you are doing well and don’t rely on this store for your income. Best of luck, from a disappointed customer.

The floors were muddy, and my McPick combo for $5.00 was disappointing. The 1/4 lb portion was cold and tasted dry, almost as if it had been microwaved. It also left a bad aftertaste. The chicken bits were unappetizing and seemed to be improperly cooked—definitely need to adjust the microwave settings! Overall, it felt like they were wrapped in rubber!
