Worst coffee shop i have been to... They let us wait for an hour only to find out the our order is not available. I followed up on our order and told the waiter that it has been an hour since he took our order. He just told me that it hasn 't been an hour yet so we checked and it turned out that we 've been waiting for 45mins. Still that 's unacceptable. Also, one of the waitress told me that we are not the only customers. What the f ? Great customer service. This will be the last time we will dine here. Take note, we are frequent customers here and yet they treat us this way. Also, we rented one of their VIP rooms, It 's Very disappointing that they treat VIP like this. I suggest you go somewhere else, there are a lot of coffees shops in Davao that provides better customer service.

I and my workmates tried their newly opened branch at Marfori (adjacent to Mercury Drug and Asian Side Wok . They 're still on a soft opening stage, but the service and the quality of food they served did not display any inch of a newbie. We ordered different dishes and enjoyed each of them. On our first taste, everyone exclaimed Kalami! because that 's what we definitely experienced! It 's like heaven on earth! My personal favorites were 1 their best selling Korean Pork Spare Ribs and Chaogi I requested it to be extra spicy to which they readily obliged, 2 Mozzarella Cheese Poppers, and 3 Aligue Pasta. I was wanting to order more but I was so full already I could hardly breathe : . I was just hoping we were given a freebie since we 're a big group and I kept on cracking such joke to the staff but to no avail LOL! : Nonetheless, I could say I found my new favorite café/resto. Everything is there, and everything 's yummy at a price that 's not so high though not too low as well. A must try! Indeed, it was a great decision to dine there. It was a research well done and an experience worth every penny. Double thumbs up! : NOWADAYS, every time I think of good food, affordable rates, great ambience my first choice would be going back to this place again. I wanna taste everything here! And each visit that I had disappointment never showed up. I always felt satisfied and comfortable. Thank you Batu!

I forgot what we ordered, to be honest, but the moment you get in you'll be amazed by how the management was able to maximize its limited space. There's privacy and a few rooms to rent out. Interior design was superb.

From Margie's in Butuan City came a Batu House Cafe here in Davao City. Great food plus an artsy ambiance equals a great dining experience. Their pasta and pomelo salad are few of my faves (i wish they'll serve Chicken Roll with Fettucine too). A must try in this place is their Cookie Monster and Artisanal Ice Cream. Dining here in Batu House makes me less miss my hometown.

The food is 4/5. If you're here to use the wifi, please do ask first. I noticed mang patrons ordering only to find out wifi is not available in the end Place is cozy. Female comfort room is clean. Male comfort room is meeh
