Auntie Anne's - Manatee County

I received a buy one get one free coupo. When I went to redeem it at the store, the employee refused to honor the coupon because they ran out of that specific item. I asked for a substitution on another item and to honor the coupon but the associate refused. Why should it be my fault That they ran out of this item. They should have tried to make it right for the customer.

Seriously overpriced. Taste great as it always has but at $7 a pretzel and $4 for lemonade its expensive to bring a family of 5 for a quick snack$70 tab for pretzels and a drinks is ridiculously over the top. Sam's Club sells almost the same pretzels hot and fresh for $1.00

They always open late it's now 11:43am and it suppose to be open at 10:00 am. Employees in there but doors are locked nothing is made and in the window. So my thinking they just got here. Update I called the location and the employee said her manager will not be opening the store until 12:30. Smh after driving 15 miles

Loved it here!!! Miss going to the local one that was not too far from my house.. now I have to drive like an hour or so if I want some!

We stopped in for ice water and were charged $2 each for 2. I don’t expect them to be free, but you’re charging the price of a soda and that is wrong. And the girl was rude about it. Saturday June 18th girl with short hair.
