Mama Mia Pizza - Manassas

Loved this place. Perfect pizza. Friendly staff. So disappointed to learn they have permanently closed. Let us know if the owner/chef re-establishes in a new location.

I was so disappointed today when I went by Mama Mia's to get my usual Texas BBQ platter and turkey club sub, and instead found a note on the door announcing the location was permanently closed. I'd been patronizing this wonderful restaurant since its opening in 1976 when I was a sophomore in high school. The people, the food, and the service were all excellent and I'm really going to miss them. I understand there's also a Gainesville location, so maybe some time I'll run out there and give them a try to see if they're as great as the original restaurant.

The meal is excellent, the customer service is fantastic, and the few times I've called for delivery during working hours have gone well. We also ordered some for family members who couldn't travel with us. Our server was also quite cordial.

The food is great, the customer service is awesome and I 've even been pleased the few times I 've called for delivery during my work hours. A girl in my office was going out for food one day and she seemedva bit undecided. I suggested Mama Mia 's. She had no idea what I was talking about......hehe she 's hooked now too!! She 's eaten from there even w/out me a couple times so I think it 's turned into her go-to place. Keep up the good work over there and we 'll see ya next week!! We enjoyed a terrific meal. The mozzarella cheese bread was delicious, and the pizza? It's out of this world!
