Bidra med feedbackThe ambience is good and the place is well built, but for some reason there are hardly crowds. I was there on a Saturday night and it's empty! I was the only one who had dinner. The menu is very extensive and has a lot of great choices. Vegetarians have very limited choices. You have a living cooking table. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You accept all major debit and credit cards. Parking is sufficient.
The food is good and tasteful. The children love the live cookery and the cook lived the experience. It's a bit on the Pricy page when you look at the crowd. The only retreat I feel is the service personnel. Everyone just seems to be so lethargic, and if I weren't with friends and occupied, I would really consider their behavior rude. This is a shame that I actually consider that I like the ambience and food, but the service makes me question when I want to go back there.
I do not recommend for Ramadan Iftar,Service is a mess,Sushi has finished before Iftar time and it took her at least 20 minutes to fill buffet with sushi again with less variety,There was only one kind of soup and a kind of drink that is unfamiliar in Ramadan time,Rice was tasteless,Desserts are catastrophe buffet, Although Extra price is not cheap for Ramadan
I don't know what's wrong with this Frangipani branch. Your meals are very small. We spend too much money and went hungry. Find another branch.
This is an example of a what could be great restaurant ruined by poor management. The place itself ,in terms of atmospher, isn 't half bad at all and has a great ambiance, but everything else is blow the expectation of what supposedly considered as a high end restaurant. The service is dead. As soon I am inside the restaurant, I felt like an unwanted heavy guest by the way I was greated. The workers sounded very tiered even though the place was empty and I with my family were the first customers. The table service was okay, but the waitress couldn 't even wear a smile while handing the menus. We were 8 people and 7 of us ordered teppanyaki, I asked if they can kindly ask the cook to make a show for the children. Nothing was done whatsoever, not even a single egg trick, but I guess it cannot be helped since not every cook is trained for that, but what I cannot overlook is the food itself. I ordered beef and chicken delights . The chicken was tasteless and the beef was well-done even thought I told the cook clearly that I want it medium the cook never asked me so I volunteered and told him . The misu soup was salty too much misu . I am the type of person who like to eat his food hot. I was served the fried rice, fried vegetable then the chicken and beef. By the time I was served the later, everything else was stone cold. The cook was apparently not used to cook for 7 all at once. We ordered sushi and shrimp dynamite as side dishes and they were borderline okay and I don 't have the energy anymore to explain why. We came in the afternoon and the place was hot and I was sweating. I told the waitress hoping that she would set the AC at lower temprature, but nothing happened. I went to the restroom to wash my hands. It was dirty. Stains on the tap handle. Water everywhere beside the sink. The toilet was dirty and missing the seat also. I was really sad and disappointed by the time I left that place because I like Frangipani a lot and I am not used to such a bad experience were I usually eat AlSeef branch . This is also a massage to the owner or the manager of this branch....save this place!
