I had a fantastic evening at the distillery after dinner. Salem crafted some incredibly creative and fresh-tasting drinks for us. They featured delightful spring recipes that included fresh fruits along with house-made syrups and bitters. And if you prefer, there’s also espresso available!
What a true hidden gem! Typically, I lean more towards wine and craft beer since I’m not a fan of most mixed drinks. However, Salem has truly perfected the art of crafting delicious cocktails! We can’t wait to return and try more of their offerings!
Salem at the distillery is not your ordinary bartender. If you were to look up "cocktail mixologist" in Webster's, you'd find Salem's picture. Be sure to visit this place when he's working; you won't be disappointed. Cheers!
