Bidra med feedbackWow. I can’t say enough about this pizza. It's Detroit-style, which means it's thick and square. We ordered the pepperoni, my go-to choice since I’m a purist when it comes to pizza (BBQ? Pineapple? No way!). The pizza is absolutely amazing. The crust is slightly crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside, and the ingredients are top-notch. The restaurant itself isn’t the most attractive, but who cares when you leave feeling so satisfied? We even met the owner and heard the full story of MOTO's beginnings—fantastic!
We heard about this restaurant from friends, and I admit I was a bit skeptical about the way they created hype around their product using a scarcity tactic. However, my partner wanted to give it a try, so we made a reservation. The big day arrived this past Thursday, and when we finally got it home (in about 15 minutes), it was quite messy lifting each slice out of the box—the crust just couldn’t support the weight of the toppings. Wanting to give it another shot, we decided to use the Air Fryer to reheat it the next day. Personally, I enjoy pizza the next day, but while the toppings were flavorful, the crust was still just as soggy as it was fresh out of the box. I’d definitely prefer Lou Malnati's Chicago deep dish any day! That said, judging by the reviews, it seems like you have a dedicated fan base, so best of luck moving forward!
I placed my order a month in advance for three medium-sized pizzas, totaling $80, and I finally got to try Moto Pizza. The toppings are flavorful and unique, with many interesting pizza options available. However, I feel that it’s a bit overhyped and doesn’t justify the month-long wait. Additionally, considering the size, the price is somewhat high. While it is undoubtedly a GOOD pizza and worth sampling, I'm not convinced the experience is worth all the trouble.
All I can say is YUCK!This pizza was terrible. We were really hyped up about the pizza, but didn't quite understand the wait. The wait/scarcity hype is a marketing technique and is BS.I received the vegan pepperoni pizza and it was soggy and mostly crust with very little toppings. It tasted like a gallon of salt had been poured on top of it. It was horrible. I also had the cheese pizza as well. It was okay, but it was just extremely greasy and soggy. Also, for the amount we paid, I thought we would be getting more pizza than what we got. I was surprised. The customer service was lackluster. The associate I talked to on the phone was not the kindest person I have ever spoken to either. To me, I saw nothing special about MOTO pizza after I had the pizza and I don't think it's worth the hype or wait. Such a disappointment.
Make sure you get here at least 15 minutes before 4 pm, otherwise there's a really good chance they'll sell out before you get to the end of the line! The workers are very friendly and patient with new customers, and of course the food is excellent I convinced my girlfriend to try it, and now she pretty much refuses to have pizza unless it's from here. A good problem to have, IMO!
