Bidra med feedbackWe ordered gyu ramen (p369) beef and tonkotsu ramen (P379) pork. these were said to be two of their best sellers as well as the seafood hot pot ramen (p355.) both were delicious and rich in taste and that served exceeded our expectation as the bowl was really big with all the ingredients. compared to other Rammen stores, rairaiken's rammen style is different. his noodles were different in the texture, while his broth is not as authentic as it seems. its resistance is not as thick as others. yet its taste is clear and not salty. place and service ambiance wise rairaiken vito cruz was in order. it is clean and quiet with perfect natural lighting for...read more
As the Chinese high times start too late, we took one stop here and got two classic Japanese favorite tempura and gyoza. I was in her other two, and I must say that they are consistent for a Japanese stop in order. the tempura was too thin and her sauce is her taste. the gyoza, on the other hand, looked packed, but a little airy inside. the taste is right.

We were here twice and I only noticed that some people are eating here before they attend a high-time reception in the century park hotel directly opposite rai ken. I had better Japanese kitchen and the waitress was not very accommodating. the california maki tasted as if it were from an almost food restaurant and the tempura is too small and oily.
