Casanova Italian - Makawao

Great discovery from the beaten away. pizza and pasta were great. they have gluten-free pasta when they need it.

The pizza made with fresh mozzarella and truffle oil was delicious

We enjoyed the food. The service was excellent. The only con was finding a parking place. I’d visit again.

We eat here regularly and are never disappointed with the pasta dishes. This time I shared the tomahawk steak dinner for two with a friend. It was excellent. The roasted veggies and potatoes were well prepared and the two sauces, mushroom and peppercorn were a nice compliment for the dish. We requested they serve the Caesar salad prior to the hot food, which the normally don’t do, and they accommodated us. This was an excellent idea and I recommend they continue doing the salad first as it makes the meal far more enjoyable.

Casanova Italian Restaurant has the greatest staff...they are friendly, accomodating, efficient and such a pleasure to dine there. The food is always Ono and the restaurant is always clean.
