The day I went to production was overwhelming. But the milk and non-dairy choices are enormous. There is a wall of faux meat products. I chose a "vegetarian mixed grill" and it was wonderful. It had 2 types of burgers and 4 meatballs on a wooden skewer. All were delicious. They have the typical tofu products in Additon they sell tempeh, sincean and faux German meat products. There are aisles of pastas, rice and other grains. Conserved and filled vegetables. Organic products. All you can find in a regular grocery store can be found here. They have a wide range of lotions and health products. I'm sure I leave something, but I'll go there every time I'm in Mainz.

As far as I know, they have no vegan cheese and are generally quite expensive. but it is a beautiful and big market and I think on Monday there is a student discount of 10
