Starbucks - Mahwah

Fantastic staff! I often take my kids there, and the team is incredibly friendly and engaging. My 9-year-old has even said they want to become a barista! They remember us every time we visit, always greet us warmly, and consistently make our drinks perfectly!

I was disappointed when they wouldn't let me use my reusable cup, even though Starbucks reinstated that policy months ago. I try to minimize single-use plastic whenever I can, but they were not willing to accommodate my request. This should have been a warning sign, yet I proceeded to order an almond milk coffee. Unfortunately, about thirty minutes later, I began to experience stomach pain. I can't tell if they used regular milk or expired almond milk. I would advise avoiding this location if you have any specific requests.

The customer service was excellent! I stopped by today at around 1 PM, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back!

This Starbucks has fantastic staff that offer outstanding customer service. The women are very friendly, and the guy working there is really nice too! He’s tall and slim, and overall, he's the best!

The restaurant has ample seating and includes a cozy fireplace. There are outlets available for charging your devices, which is a nice touch. Additionally, the Starbucks located inside Acme makes it convenient to grab snacks from the store, which also offers excellent Wi-Fi.
