Summer Hut Family - Maharagama

Never ever visit or order food from this resturent. The ppl who work there are dumn creazy. I placed a delivery order 2 hours ago and was checking the order 2 times within the two hours. The person who talked said they are waiting for the delivery guys. Then i checked again while ago and the guy(Dilan who answered asked when you put the order, you havent placed any order. Honestly he was talking me in a harsh way. (I have all calls recorded and can provide if the management need. Very disappointed. You should close the resturent if you can't make customer satisfied even in a basic level.

In terms of taste, the Thai fish was delicious, but the battered prawns were small and lacked a sauce. The sweet and sour pork was good. The setting offers private rooms for family gatherings, but there isn't much in terms of decor or ambiance. The prices are average.

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow. We ordered fried rice, a set menu and kottu, with the owner promising it would be ready in 20 minutes. However, our food didn't arrive until 42 minutes later.

The Chinese food is excellent at this restaurant on certain days. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of parking available. The dining area is air conditioned for a comfortable experience.

The restaurant is owner-operated and the staff are well-trained. As a local, I dine here frequently. You can't go wrong with this place.
