Es Murni Magelang

My father grew up in Magelang, so we often visit this beautiful city. If there is a place we never miss every visit, it is definitely Es Murni! Love the “jadoel” (old school) vibes that remained the same until today. I love how they stay true with old school vibes and kitchen. The food is amazing. It feels like home cooked meals every time. Comfort and pleasant. You need to order Sop Gulung, her signature soup, not the chic way. My favourite is the Es Roti Coklat, a simple dessert consists of shaved ice, old school bread, Santan, milk and chocolate sauce. Just delicious! Return all the good memories every visit!

Since 1962.. perfect place to enjoy mixed ice. No ice cream. It's totally different. Much delicious. Many different choices, even they have local foods such as gadogado, ketupat Sayur, dll. Must try if you were in magelang. Make really clean. Almost every time they want to close the store, they will clean forever. Guaranteed space. We meet the owner. Very welcoming and nice person. I'm coming back to taste.
