Som Thai Lancaster - Magdiwang Highway

Food 3 Star. Ordered crispy pork and was given another dish. I stated that I ordered crispy pork so the waiter took it back and gave me pork which is not crispy. Chicken was good. Service resto looks undermanned. You won't feel any customer service from the waiter. I even asked nicely if I can just take my meal out as the place was full of flies, but the waiter wasn't happy about my request and didn't oblige to pack my food because they already prepared half of it. But the place was really full of flies so I thought they wouldn't mind packing our food if they really want customers to have a better experience. Atmosphere the place was full of flies it became the highlight of our experience in that place. Management better experience it first hand so they would know what to do.

It's really disappointing. I ordered a few days before the pick up date, then when the day came for pick up, it was already ready to be made, then at the same time they said that the mixed spring rolls were not available. It will be annoying if my food cancellation is not actually paid. I will be asked if I have a walk. Is it obvious!! Before 2022, your service was not good. What about Lancaster Cavite branch?
