Almost perfect. Location, f&b great. Staff incredible professional unless one member. He was rude, arrogant, unfriendly and very unprofessional to me and my wife. Unfortunately I do not know his name, but I believe every guest’s been there knows who I mean. Can’t describe him further due to political correctness. He is the reason I won’t go there anymore and will not recommend it.

Nice food, friendly staff but all a little slow which was fine for us but not good if your limited on time. Would I go again, absolutely I would. The shops were wonderful too.

Found this spot on google and was looking forward to it, cute little rooftop area, but not able to see any sights and very hot as not as air conditioned as they advertise. A few fans scattered here and there. Lovely cocktails but pricey, more expensive than the sister ones which are close by, not sure why. We’d paid the bill and stopped as walking out, very rude staff alleging that we were €5 euro short on the bill, they didn’t speak English so hard to resolve. Made us feel like criminals. An English worker intervened, and a third person recounted, and very quickly we were told it was ok (bill paid in full) with no apology as to their error and way they behaved with us. Put us off going again.

A nice place to have a drink in the center of madrid, have amazing cocktails, but you can also have a beer or a coffee that served us very well, the staff is very attentive

A wonder to eat. the site the magnificent and very good attention. the worst price. a bit expensive for wie is actually eaten but oted has to take into account how well located it is.
