Bidra med feedbackGord and I had a late lunch this afternoon with his family in burnside’s casual dining (aka the madoc dairy.) it has been for many years. it started.
If they are on the way to hwy 62 or 7 and are somewhere near madoc, they must stop at burnside’s casual dining, otherwise known as the madoc dairy. that's one.
A guilty deal if I'm going to get madoc for the hoses. often imitated, never duplicated. If you had it, you know what I mean, the fried one.
I was pleasantly surprised to discover this cafe as I was passing through Madoc on a Sunday afternoon. I was looking for a late lunch and was relieved to find Burnside's instead of having to settle for Tim Hortons or McDonald's. I tried a delicious milkshake and a perfect western sandwich, all for under $10. The table service was a bit slow because the ice cream bar was very busy, but the atmosphere was cozy and pleasant with a woodsy feel.
This is one of my most frequent lunch spots. The food is always great. The service is even better. If you haven't been here, you don't know what you are
