First time experience wasn’t the best. Sat w/no service, not even water, for 20 minutes. When a server finally came over w/water, she apologized said she wasn’t going to be our server but would go ahead take our order. She ended up keeping our table her service was great!! Next time we’ll sit the bar b/c the bartenders seemed to be very attentive.

Portions were very small for price, and food for four guests was brought out at 4 different times. Was not seen by a server for a long time after initially ordering, restaurant was very loud.

This was a rough experience, and hard to explain. We were brought in and immediately sat for our reservation. It took about 15 minutes or so before we even got a someone who came to our table. Finally, a woman came to our table and took our order, and then did not see her for quite sometime. This is a small plates restaurant, so we ordered a number of appetizers and small plates as well as drinks. We started receiving food before we ever received a drink, which is kind of weird. We got both appetizers followed by our small plates, and still no drinks. None of which were delivered by our waitress, which isn’t necessary abnormal, but still we were getting food and not checked in on. Finally, we got our drinks and we finished our apps and small plates. When it was time for our final plates, mine was brought out during our appetizers and sat there for a while. My wife’s entree was not brought out until much later. The food was actually pretty good, and very nice presentation, but service was bad. Our waitress said they were understaffed and over booked. And this does make sense as most restaurants with a liquor license will push drinks as it is a huge revenue stream for them. And by our service, I would agree with her, but service was really bad. I also don’t want to say our server was bad, just inexperienced and again she seemed like she was doing more than just waitressing. Unfortunately, for the price and that service, I wouldn’t recommend. It’s sad, because it has potential. Also, they did not acknowledge my reservation in the system to open table.

Service was pretty slow, but that’s ok they may have been short handed. Our server was very nice. All the food was excellent except the grilled octopus it definitely wasn’t grilled bc it was way undercooked and mushy. It was VERY noisy. Delicious wine I would go again!

The food was incredibly delicious. We had a reservation and were seated immediately in a small room away from the main bar and crowded areas. Our waitress was prompt and took our drink orders, which turned out to be very tasty. We ordered a starter and two small plates. My small plate arrived first, while my salad came later, and my partner received nothing for nearly ten minutes. It took almost ten more minutes before his food was brought out. We decided to order a second round of drinks, but again, it took over ten minutes to receive them, which was quite disappointing. The small plates were indeed very small, and considering the price, they didn’t feel worth it. The salad was good, and the drinks were excellent, but overall, the restaurant seemed a bit disorganized. I don’t think I’ll be rushing back anytime soon.
