Chick-fil-a - Madison

This is the only Chick-fil-a that consistently gets drive through orders wrong. Not sure what the problem is, but they get my order wrong probably 3 out of 5 times I go to this special location. My order isn’t complicated and I’m ordering for only one person, usually a nugget meal during the lunch hours. Very disappointing

This was not your typical Chick-fil-A experience. As I was dining in and eating my food the lady decided to clean all around my table and lay the broom handle on the table as she swept up the floor touching my table and everything around. Then at no point was I ever greeted or asked if I needed a refill. The reason they received the three stars was because the food was up the par with Chick-fil-A. Disappointed but not discouraged.

Service was awesome in Madison Chick-fil-A and food was ready very quickly. I will definitely stop there again.

Great stop for breakfast while traveling. Food and service were fab. Only issue is parking. The drive thru traffic wraps around the parking lot and made it difficult to get out when we were leaving.

Food is always excellent and the service is always top notch.
