Another Broken Egg Cafe - Madison

I took my grandchild out for breakfast, and we had a wonderful time. While the staff wasn't as attentive as we would have liked—perhaps they were short-handed—we completely understand. We'll definitely be returning! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic.

**SMALL THINGS MATTER** Today's Sunday brunch experience was disappointing. The customer service was disengaged and aloof, which really impacted my visit. I believe that attentive customer service, characterized by active listening to customer preferences, is key to enjoying a great meal. Unfortunately, my assigned waiter, Austin M., never checked to see if my order was correct or offered any follow-up questions like, "Do you need anything else?" As a result, my order was wrong—I specifically requested no goat cheese, yet tiny pieces were scattered on my lemon blueberry pancakes. Additionally, I had to remind him to bring my utensils, and my eggs were served cold. Typically, this Another Broken Egg location is my favorite among the three in Huntsville/Madison. On a positive note, the savory baked bacon, fresh blueberries, and the light and fluffy pancakes were absolutely delicious! I do plan to return at some point, hoping that by then, the importance of customer check-ins will be recognized to enhance what has been, in the past, the euphoric dining experiences I've come to love over the years.

Every time I go to Alabama to visit family, I make sure to stop by Another Broken Egg. The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and it's always a worthwhile experience! Update: I visited again recently and was thrilled to see new items on the menu waiting to be tried!

We are weekly regulars and are never disappointed. EmmaLaura is an exceptional server and always personable. We regularly ask for her section. This is our go to place for breakfast.

I think my expectations were too high . The food and service was decent but we were there to celebrate my birthday and the 11 oz grand mimosa was underwhelming. It was served in a juice glass. I was expecting a wine glass with lots of ice.
