Seros - Madison Heights

The food was fabulous. Chicken Lemon Rice soup, pierogi, and pepper steak. Everything was delicious.

Our waitress Nikki was a gem and will return. Great coleslaw! ?

Polish combo plate was excellent. Greek wrap was excellent. And the almond chicken was excellent.

Food was unflavorful, hash browns were burnt, and stale tasting. The customer service was horrible. I called my order in and when I arrived both waitress looked at me several times, kept me waiting 10mins and didn 't greet me at all, I was asked did I have an order, when she went to get it she was gone for another several minutes. I didnt get a thank you or anything. Very weird environment. I called back to let them know my food was burnt and was asked well what do you want us to do? I definitely feel like there is a specific type of people that 's ALLOWED There.. If you know what I mean. I would not recommend to an enemy.

It was as though we were invisible. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. After seating ourselves and waiting for a while and we were ignored by the staff. We we decided that we were not welcome. So, we quietly left without being noticed. Never return again.
