They shut the lobby and locked it, what the heck is going on at this starbucks. Why are they shutting down the lobby ‍

This location is always ridiculously unnecessarily slow. I have given them multiple visits before writing this review and every time the service gets worse. Today I ordered my (not fancy) drink through the drive thru. It took a little bit for someone to greet me, but nothing too too crazy, just enough to notice. After ordering I turned the corner and saw there was one car ahead of me. It took about 3 minutes for them to pull away. When I got to the window I could see two drinks sitting by the window, but no cashier. After waiting a few minutes I checked the time. I watched the barista with the headset on walk back-and-forth (looking lost). She started stocking juice containers, and getting food items which I assumed was for the person behind me in line. When she finally came to the window she read my order to me and took payment. It took 8 minutes from the time I actually checked the time to even be acknowledged. Turned out the cup I saw sitting on the counter when I pulled up was mine. There was no reason to wait that long.

First of all, there were not a lot of people in there that day, so our order shouldn't have taken as long as it did. Secondly, I had to ask for our pastries that were just sitting on the counter, and she got one wrong to boot. When I told her she was missing a scone, and she was my cashier, mind you, I had to get my receipt to orive to her that she was missing one. I had to wait that much longer for the last one to be done. I left with two overdone scones and two water down drinks and two pastries that were already cool. She's lucky that she kept my recite because I would have complained. Never stopping there again.

There service is so rude worst Starbucks had to have them fix my drink 3 times that wasn’t the first time they did something like this. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
