We had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. Mali was particularly unfriendly and unhelpful. We attempted to use a BOGO code for a birthday offer, but after entering it, the pass reset and the code was erased. When we asked for assistance, she told us there was nothing she could do and insisted we pay full price. I requested the contact information for the corporate district manager or her supervisor, but she claimed to have no information. Eventually, she provided me with a fax number to call. After a while, she went to the back to try reaching someone, but returned saying they wouldn't answer. She then offered me another number that also didn’t work. To add to our disappointment, our ice creams were poorly mixed and had very few toppings. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the service here.

She claimed there was no corporate or higher-up number I could contact, and also stated there was no manager on duty. Instead, she provided me with a fax number to call. After leaving for a while, she returned to say her manager wouldn't answer her call, but she gave us another number to try, which didn't ring at all. I am extremely disappointed with the service we received while trying to celebrate a birthday.

The cashier was very condescending. When Dani's coworker asked for help, she responded in a dismissive tone, which was quite uncomfortable to witness. I felt sympathy for her coworker, as the whole situation gave off negative vibes.

Every time I visit this store I am pleased. The cashiers are friendly and courteous. The line is often long but the employees take care of the customers very quickly. The ice cream is delicious

A decent selection and toppings to create your flavor. Service was good. As ice cream places go, it's closer to my home and nice for a tasty treat. I don't go here on a consistent basis as it can be a bit pricey, but, good to support every once in a while.
