Bidra med feedbackThis is a practical place to meet a group of friends coming from the south, northwest and northwest of sydney. but after we went there last week and paid over $10 for a single skorn with jam and saw, we decided to give it in future. Gothic, as it is a beautiful place to sit outside.
Unfortunately, this café is a complete disappointment for me. The customer service is non-existent, which is a real shame considering the beautiful environment it is located in. I waited 1.5 hours for 2 coffees, only receiving them after I chased up the staff. They had lost my order but refused to provide a refund or acknowledge their mistake. The staff seemed more concerned with new orders and serving hot food than addressing the issues with existing customers. The lack of communication, poor training, and overall lack of care make this café one to avoid. I will be taking my business elsewhere, to a place that values customer service during these difficult times.
Nice eating, but the house wine was quite average. the place was very cold, and we sat inside. some internal heating would not be excited.
Beautiful location, lively caffe in a beautiful garden landscape. we enjoyed our experience for brunch saving for a few small points. Bacon eggs (yellow) speck was perfectly cooked, not greasy and not burned to a crumple. I should have told them. I wanted medium/soft, but I assume that poached implies. lection learned. fish chips were good after woman coffee was well made, well presented and good taste cakes were where we were left most down. the carrot cake was ground and dry. the lemonmelissa was not lemon in taste and there was no lemon at all. good service with friendly professional staff. total 4/5 we can go back, but would not order cake again.
This is the perfect location for a cafe within the plant nursery. Lots of plants and outlook to see there and definitely worth visiting, and then popped in for a coffee, but has a high price tag that goes with it.
