Chili's Grill - Macon

Do not define the worst experience, but do not define the best. perhaps best described as an average experience of this visit. first the good: clean well maintained location. was immediately welcomed and sat server was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. the food was delivered timely and it looked as expected appetizing. eating my wife was exactly what she expected, not surprises. but and here we come to the bad, and it was not terrible, only we say disappointed and not up to the normal high standards that chili normally appears. I ordered the avocado bacon chicken lunch sandwich. it looked good, but the hunch was dry without sauce / seasoned on the sandwich. that was not the worst part, because the saw of the avocado gave some help in this sight. the lateral order of the roasted asparagus was well understated. they tasted best in the range from 50 to 75%. some like this naughty, but they do not fulfill my expectations. I mentioned the server, and she apologised for the undermining.

I personally don't think the food is all that great but my main reasoning for not going here was the fact that a server added an unauthorized tip to my card after I left a cash tip. They think we are crazy and don't keep track of receipts or even look. The manager was awesome in responding and returning my money to my card hence the additional star. However she said she had a talk with him. He shoulda been fired.

It wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant but we waited 40 minutes to get our food , once I received my chicken crispers they were so hard and over cooked it was horrible. So I asked to have them recooked 20 minutes got the next plate and the chicken was uncooked and loaded with sauce I was absolutely disgusted. The waitress agreed that the cooks really weren't concerned and she offered to remove it from the tab This place standards have really went down tremendously. If they had a buy 1 get 25 free meals I wouldn't come , nothing could persuade me to return horrible horrible food. Please don't waste your hard earned money in that place rather use your money and go to McDonald's I wish I could give zero stars!!! I will never be back

The ribs are as dry as a desert and you can't eat em. But the service was good. But the bathrooms are like Russian underground hideouts like it's wierd

Southwest egg rolls burnt so bad had to throw away, how does someone burn stuff like this and actually put it in the order. That's just being lazy
