Bidra med feedbackThe wait times at this restaurant are extremely long! As a delivery driver, every minute I wait means losing money. I had two orders to pick up, but neither one was started until I arrived. This is not something that happens at other restaurants I deliver for. Normally, I am dispatched to restaurants when an order is almost ready, within 5 minutes or less. I arrive, state the customer's name and order number, and they hand me the order because it is ready to go. This way, our customers receive their food while it is still hot. The staff at this restaurant was incredibly unprofessional.
The worst service. They play over your food and are not considerate of anyone's time. Edited to say it's even worse now. The girl with the grey synthetic on top her head was licking all of her fingers touching things on the back counter and the computer screen... I asked the manager to ask her to wash her hands and she got upset and loud with me and slammed her drink on the counter the manager asked her to wash her hands and she refused and walked out. The old lady at the register was like you know they say the customer is always right and laughed. This store is gross, just make the extra trip to Thomaston. I can see them giving people COVID very unclean and unprofessional. Something like this happens EVERYTIME I go in here. I won't be returning!
Seems like they keep going down hill each time I go it's worse! Went today fries looked old and soft,crab cakes was burned,second plate was wrong,you have to wait for nothing that's proper..this place has really changed. Customer service really could careless. 3 people came in while I was there because all of there orders was wrong
Food was good. We did how ever had to wait awhile to order in drive through and their were only 2cars in front of us. Then we had to wait awhile to get our food. Prices are extremely high considering the service isn't so great.
I waited for an hour in the drive-through line and was unable to move forward or backward. When I finally reached the window, my food wasn't ready due to issues with the new grill causing delays. This slow service was especially frustrating on a Thursday night. After waiting an additional twenty-five minutes, I was told my food was ready, but it wasn't. I asked for a refund as I was running late for work. The manager, who appeared unprofessional and unkempt, came to the window to complain about the grill not working. I expressed my frustration, stating that I would have ordered something fried if I had known about the delay. The manager did not apologize or attempt to make it right. He even requested the food and drinks back. I should have been informed about the delay earlier. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
