Qdoba Mexican Eats - Macomb

Located in the University Union at Western Illinois University, this QDOBA offers a more limited menu compared to other locations in Illinois. They do accept WIU Rocky Dollars, which is convenient. My meal was just okay; I wasn't thrilled with it and felt that the employee added too many toppings when I had requested them to be light. The Cholula Chicken I ordered was overcooked, and to top it off, their soda machines were out of order.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unfamiliar with the menu items. At one point, they informed me that they were out of steak, even though it was clearly visible in front of us. The cleanliness standards were also lacking, as many workers wore their gloves and masks improperly. The food itself was messy and unappetizing, and to make matters worse, two of my family's meals had hair in them. While I understand that some employees may be new or lacking training, this experience left me doubting the overall quality and safety of the food.

The staff here lacks adequate training.
