Jimmy John's - Macomb

I have usually had good experiences with Jimmy Johns here. I usually pick up my own order, but on a few occasions, I have them deliver. Recently, whenever they deliver, whoever fails to knock on the door or notify us when the food is being delivered. My last order must have sat outside a bit too long before realizing I should check if my food was delivered. Thinking it couldn't have been out in the heat long, I did eat the sandwich. I was wrong and got a small case of food poisoning. This isn't necessarily JJ's problem as I should have known better, but in today's economy, I can't afford to let my food waste. I hope maybe this review will help improve delivery and make sure the driver is knocking and notifying instead of just placing on the porch and leaving without notice. A quick place to get a delicious sub. I was greeted warmly by the staff who quickly took my order and had it out in just a few minutes. The #2 roast beef was delicious. The place was clean including the bathroom. I got to order it the way I wanted and had no problems. I'm sure I will be back. I just dropped $45 on sandwich fortifications at hyvee because jj general manager told me it was impossible (that's right, people. it seems to be pushing against the laws of thermodynamics! to make an Italian sandwich wrap. company that explains it is an inventory question to ensure the delivery of 'limited time' elements. all managers had to invert me for 2 sandwiches, a limited and a regular, and obviously also the laws of thermodynamics to use a 's fantasy and do their job well. super lame company bootlicking experience.

I get JJ all the time. Delivered and picked up, I've never had any issues nor wrong orders. I'm impressed with the consistency.
