The Mint - Macclesfield

We used a Groupon voucher last Saturday and we were thoroughly impressed. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. We started with poppadoms accompanied by a selection of chutneys, followed by a mixed starter. My partner ordered the lamb biryani, while I had the butter chicken, which was slightly too sweet for my taste, but still delicious overall. My only critique would be that the music was a bit too loud and somewhat distracting.

Had a wonderful meal with excellent service. I will definitely be returning!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. My only complaint is that the portions were quite large, and I couldn't finish it all. It might be nice to offer smaller portion sizes for those of us with lighter appetites. I can't wait for my next visit!

Really tasty food, prices are very reasonable, ingredients are high quality, staff pleasant, so I highly recommend it over any surrounding restaurants.

Just enjoyed a beautiful meal at this restaurant. The setting was stunning, beautifully decorated and excellent friendly service. The food was first class, with portions big enough to defeat my husband and I! A great night, would highly recommend.
