We have always enjoyed our deliveries from SincerelyV, which we believe is the best vegan food in Cairo! We highly recommend trying the tofu and bean wrap. The pesto is good, but a bit one-dimensional. The peanut sauce is absolutely phenomenal.

This restaurant has delicious rainbow rolls and I highly recommend trying their Szechuan noodles. The standout dishes are their raw tahini cakes and raw peanut butter cakes.

We didn't try any of the takeout meals, but we purchased multiple desserts to go and they were fantastic! The prices were a bit high, but it was worth it considering how difficult it is to find good vegan sweets in Egypt.
