California Pizza Kitchen At Kailua Town Center

We came this afternoon for a late lunch. Always love the food at CPK. Our waitress, however, was extremely unfriendly and really rude.She doesn't seem fit for this job, making the customers feel bad.

$26 medium pizza, took 40 mins, they left it under a heat lamp for 15+mins, and somehow still served it ice cold. Don’t spend money here. Nothing here is worth your hard earned cash.

This California Pizza Kitchen is a joke, very unprofessional and ridiculous. We were really hungry, came in, sat down, ordered some pizzas and after 55 minutes!!! The waitress came back and said we are sorry we don't have the crust to make your pizzas!! Never going back. If you really want to try California Pizza Kitchen go to other locations and avoid this location at all costs.

This has to be the worst restaurant experience ever. Waited an hour for food that was pre ordered 45 min prior to requested pick up time!

Had a short wait for seating but well worth it the food and service were excellent.
