The concept of participatory cuisine is rather nice. Tonight, the theme was the meeting. Thanks to aurelie, a guest, we finally discovered the rougail, an emblematic dish of the meeting and a good litchi pie! Unfortunately, it is a room not a kitchen as perrache. There may be too many people in the kitchen. The atmosphere depends on the guests! tonight, we discussed a lot of things like expatriation. We were involved and sometimes we received orders from people who were just watching.
