I came to try a noon a week. I haven't eaten in kebab for years, having a vegan option is super rare. The marinated seitan is pretty high, I normally don't eat spicy. It was a little strong, but it was going so I think it's well done. Sauce level I regret there's nothing vegan left the houmous. The homemade pepper sauce would have been so much better in my opinion. There are many different vegetables in the kebab, it was very good. Excellent choice of drinks, me who avoids the Coca-Cola company, I was happy with my lemonade. Home fries were good. I took everything I could take. There were a lot of people tailing because the establishment was chosen best kebab from France I don't know where. In any case my order took only 2 minutes to be served. It was so good ! The seitan is very well seasoned and cooked, the grilled vegetables are delicious. The fries were good too and I liked the homemade ketchup and lemonade. My only regret is that the sauces are yoghurt or mayo based so not vegan, instead they offer hommos if you specify you 're vegan. This place was rated best kebap of France in 2022 so, on week-ends espacially, there could be waiting time and no place to seat inside.

By entering this restaurant I expected to fall on a small lambda kebab; but not at all from the entrance the scent of the kebab as well as this oriental decoration made me travel until Istambul the capital of the Kebab. The kebab man was very welcoming and friendly. He told us his life story and told me and my family that he has years of experience which allowed him to refine his knowledge and methods. Like for example the cutting of the meat or the elaboration of his recipes. I ordered a kebab, salad, tomato onion with Algerian sauce. The vegetables were fresh and very good as well as the meat which was perfectly cooked and cut by the chef. However, I was a little disappointed with the bread which was not detestable but not incredible either. This did not prevent me from finding the kebab delicious. For the fries i have nothing to say they are delicious. To conclude, I love this kebab and I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a good kebab at a very good price. Moreover it is located in the heart of Lyon so the restaurant is very easy to access even for people who do not have a car because they can take the bus or go there on foot
