Pollo Campero - Lynn

Delicious nuggets called caperitos—so tasty! This is definitely not fast food; I usually have to wait around 15 to 20 minutes for my meal. I'm not sure why, but they often run out of chicken and need to fry more. There always seems to be some sort of confusion going on, but the food is really good!

In some orders, the food was excellent, while in others, there is room for improvement.

I didn't receive any utensils with my takeout order because the staff seemed more focused on chatting than preparing my meal. Food rating: 1/5.

The ladies at the counter were very attentive and friendly. The dining area was adequately clean. However, my family and I were somewhat disappointed with the 8-piece chicken basket we ordered. The skin was a bit too soggy for our taste and wasn’t as crispy as we had hoped. Hopefully, our next visit will be better. We plan to try other items on the menu to get a more comprehensive assessment.
