Outback Steakhouse - Lynchburg

Service was great, good environment. Food was okay.My cobb salad had pieces of bacon in it that were as hard as a rock and hurt my teeth so badly when I accidentally tried to bite one. But aside from that it was pretty good. The steak was better than expected!The blooming onion left much to be desired, but overall, the experience was about what I expected.

Looked like a very new restaurant the food was good and fresh.

The food takes a long time, I don't recommend it if you are very hungry.

Food and drinks good. Old fashioned was good. Tried it 2 different nights. One was fantastic, the second time the flavor was good but had lots of small ice cubes. Had to fish them

Looks like by the recent reviews we hit an off night on Christmas Eve. The floors were filthy and bathroom trash full. It had never been cleaned from the night before. One person got a hockey puck of a chicken sandwich that wasn’t edible. So thank you Outback. For about 10 yrs my siblings and I have come here for Christmas Eve but this experience was enough to make me take the lead even though I’m the youngest sibling. I’ll be having a Christmas party at my house for my family Christmas Eve 2024 instead of dinner there because it’s just not reliable or consistent enough to keep our tradition with Outback. We will enjoy consistent food, cleanliness and serve ourselves. I usually get 100-200 dollars worth in Outback gift cards for myself to get the fuel points at Kroger then I’ll spend them the first quarter of the year. I won’t be doing that. I can’t trust what your kitchen conditions are when your dining room floor is littered with paper and food bits.To the response to my review: I already told you the problems and what I’m gonna do about it. You can’t fix it. We are done with Outback for Christmas Eve dinner. I’m not going to a website to say the same stuff.
