Bidra med feedbackIt was a nice place to eat and I liked the discounts they had in certain parts of the day. I wanted to rate this place on 5 points, but on the website rating system it is 4 points maximum for not a full place.
There are several "open's all over town. This is a very tasty and cost-effective, quick hold for vegan food if you 't mind a buffet with some non-veg options on it. There are 4 or 5 really delicious vegan salads and you can add seeds and balsamikum dressing. There are also rice, Bulgarian wheat and Veg Ragout on the second buffet bar and a large lens soup. Fresh orange juice is also great from a machine that automatically presses the oranges through the push of a button. Clear labelling and English. Avoid the smoothies because they have milk.
Through every dish on the buffet there is an ingredient list both Ukrainian in English, so it is easy to find what is vegan. Many of the salads are vegan and they are delicious and sometimes creative (like white cabbage with peanuts). They had boiled or steamed veggies like carrots and broccoli, but unfortunately they had put butter on it. When I was there, there was a main course that was vegan, a herbal ragu. It was delicious, but nothing special, something too oily for my taste.
The atmosphere is very good. You can eat healthy food.
Nice little buffet with a great selection of fresh, healthy food choices salads, soups, meats/fish, quiches, smoothies, etc. The price is by the weight. Too easy to pile on too much food, as it all looks delicious. Other buffets may be a bit cheaper, but the food choice isn't nearly as fresh or healthy. Perfect for a quick, healthy bite without waiting forever to be served as in a restaurant.
