Peri Peri Original Bury Park - Luton

I ordered two spicy and one mild chicken breast burger meals. When I received the order, there were no labels to indicate the different flavors, and all the burgers lacked any flavor at all. Additionally, I ordered three milkshakes but they were served without any straws.

We placed an order and received confirmation, but when the order arrived, it was incorrect and missing half of the items we had ordered. The chicken was undercooked. The manager was disrespectful and behaved inappropriately. We did not receive a refund despite the issues. It seems like there may be new management in place, as the quality of service has noticeably declined. I would not recommend dining at this establishment.

Customer service is a joke! Ordered delivery and nearly 2 hours later after chasing our delivery we were told that it was just being dispatched but would be 45 minutes, we live 5 minutes away!. Luckily they told us our food would be fresh! Queried whether they delivered here despite doing just that 6 days earlier. Bloke on the phone obviously had no idea and was just making excuses up, would rather be told the truth that our order was forgotten. Never again!!! Avoid this place, better places available

I ordered peri Peri whole chicken and normal spicy wings my bill waz £11 the man charge me £17 thats not customer service service is very very very bad not going back again

I went to my favorite chicken restaurant after shopping. The staff greeted me by my first name, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options. Everything was served hot and well-cooked, and the restaurant was very clean.
